Are you taking on clients at this time?

No, I am currently unavailable to take on new clients.

Who is your ideal client?

A successful business owner who has definitive goals that they need help achieving. Usually this means that my client has a coach that she works with to create a “big vision” for her business and I help her achieve these goals. I thrive in environments where the client and I can meet on a regular basis to regain focus on top priorities. My passion for women’s issues helps me go deeper with clients that are looking to help energize, enlighten and personally engage with their target market. I enjoy creative thinkers that have a lot to say, write and do and want help pulling it all down a great marketing funnel!

What are your rates?

I prefer to work with clients on a monthly retainer.

The 3 retainers I offer to fit your business manager needs:

• $750 for 10 hours
• $1300 for 20 hours ($200 savings)
• $1800 for 30 hours ($450+ savings)
  • All hours past 30 hours are billed at $60/hour.

All retainer clients are able to rollover up to 5 hours for up to 60 days.

Short-term projects and pay-as-you go services are available.

• $95 per hour

What are your billing terms?

Retainers are invoiced at the first-of-the-month and must be paid in full by the 10th or work ceases  until payment is rendered.

Projects and pay-as-you-go services are billed in full PRIOR to starting work and clients will have to remit payment when hours expire before work continues.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Your invoice will contain a link to remit payment via PayPal or you can mail in a check to the address presented on your invoice.

When are you available?

I’m an EARLY BIRD! For the most part, my hours are 4am-2pm, ET Monday-Friday & I save my weekends for big chunks of work and preparing for the next week.

How do you track your time?

I use an invoicing system called Freshbooks that has a timer. This allows me to track my time minute-by-minute vs. billing in increments. You will receive an invoice each month that details all the time and work I have performed for you.

Where do you store and protect my passwords, documents, and other proprietary information?

I use my project management system called Basecamp to store all your files and passwords. In addition to Basecamp, we  use  Google Docs to store frequently changing documents.

How do you manage my projects, tasks, and team effectively?

Depending on you and your teams’ preference, I use either Basecamp to manage all your business needs and/or my email. Usually I receive an email address specific to your business and I segment my email address in Outlook to keep your needs separate from other clients.

Do you offer any rewards for referrals?

Yes!, My business thrives thanks to my super fabulous clients referring me to their colleagues and mentors! If, a new client retains me and mentions you as their way of learning about me, you will be awarded 2 FREE hours!

What are some things you do NOT do?

I do not work for business owners outside North America.

I do not work for business owners that have a spiritual preference that is in contrast of my beliefs and is used in their marketing.
